Amazing views and great surroundings were a plus for my holiday. Staff members were polite and tried to help us. There were some great facilities available, like a gym and a spa.
The hotel didn't live up to our expectations. The room was small and too cold, even though we complained about it to the staff.

The peaceful countryside surroundings were a nice escape from the city, and the views were definitely Instagram-worthy. the staff seemed friendly and the facilities were clean, plus the festive decorations added a nice touch for a Christmas stay.
The location was quite remote and difficult to access without a car, which put a damper on exploration plans. the restaurant was quite pricey and the limited options weren't worth the cost, so we ended up having to venture out for meals.
